Grandvalira Soldeu-El Tarter strengthens its commitment to gastronomic excellence with the Snow Club Gourmet, an initiative that brings together snow and haute cuisine through exclusive experiences designed for the most discerning palates.
The resort has partnered with 30 of the world’s top gastronomic brands to offer themed dinners, signature aperitifs, unique wine pairings, and exclusive events featuring renowned chefs and leading figures from the culinary world.
Today, the Snow Club Gourmet already brings together 150 members who enjoy a refined alternative to traditional winter leisure. Each gathering becomes an opportunity to experience haute cuisine in an unparalleled setting, reinforcing Grandvalira’s position as a benchmark for high-mountain dining.
During the 2025–26 season, Snow Club Gourmet strengthens its gastronomic commitment by collaborating with these high-level restaurants:
Paolo Montanaro and his Piedmont truffle‑growing company, Tartuflanghe, return once again to the kitchens of the Snow Club Gourmet to delight guests with this highly exclusive and unique product. Paolo Montanaro will be joined by chefs Giuseppe and Francesco D’Errico from La Madernassa, a fine‑dining restaurant where technique, elegance, and heritage blend into a profound and essential sensory journey.
The Toledo‑born chef Ivan Cerdeño, awarded 2 Michelin stars and 3 Repsol Suns, will bring the best of Cigarral del Ángel to offer a gastronomic experience rooted in the culinary memory of his region.
Andreu Genestra, a Mallorcan chef with 1 Michelin star and 2 Repsol Suns, together with the Cala Saona group, will visit the station’s kitchens with their Mediterranean cuisine concept in a day devoted to the purity of the product.
The gastronomic temple led by David Coca in Menorca will close the 8th edition of Grandvalira’s Snow Club Gourmet with a day in which lobster will take center stage.
