Have everything you need to enjoy the mountain in one place. With the Grandvalira Resorts App, you can access information and services from all three resorts, manage your experience and check everything you need during your stay.
Log in with your My GrandSki account and personalise your experience according to the resort you want to visit.
Children and juniors can access the app by linking their ski pass, whether they use Mobile Pass or a physical card. Simply scan the product QR code or enter the purchase code.
Check your bookings in Wallet
Access your bookings from the app’s Wallet and keep all your purchase information close at hand.
Connect to the resort Wi-Fi
Connect to the Grandvalira Resorts Wi-Fi network directly from the app. Access will be linked to your ski pass and its validity period, either through your My GrandSki account or by scanning the corresponding QR code.
Check real-time information
View the status of slopes and lifts, weather conditions, webcams and maps for Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal.
Track your ski days
Activate the GPS Tracker, record the kilometres you ski, check your statistics and follow your activity on the slopes.

Your ski pass, now also on your mobile
With the new Mobile Pass, you can access the lifts without carrying a physical ski pass. All you need is your device: faster, more convenient and more sustainable.
This new feature is available in the official Grandvalira Resorts App and will help you save time at the start of your day by avoiding queues and additional procedures.
Track your ski days and make your way to the top of the ranking.
Activate the GPS Tracker in the Grandvalira Resorts App every time you ski and collect as many kilometres as possible throughout the season. At the end of the season, the person who has recorded the most kilometres skied will be the winner.
Where can you take part?
At Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal, you have more than 300 km of slopes where you can collect kilometres and move up the ranking.
What can you win?
The person who finishes the season in first place will win an Andorra Pass season ski pass.
How to take part
Open the Grandvalira Resorts App.
Activate the GPS Tracker when you start skiing.
Record your runs throughout the season.
Collect kilometres and follow your position in the ranking.
Please note
Only kilometres skied will be counted. Distance recorded while travelling on lifts will not count towards the Challenge.
Once the Challenge has ended, we will contact the winner by email.
Grandvalira Resorts employees and external staff linked to the resorts are not eligible to participate.
The same person cannot win more than one Grandvalira Resorts Challenge during the same season.
