Types of ski passes

There are different types of day ski passes, depending on age or even skiing level.

You will also have access to the Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts with the same ski pass for stays of two or more consecutive days.

Ski pass prices are dynamic and may vary throughout the season.

  • Child Ski Pass 6-11 years: Born between 2014 and 2019.
    • Proof of age required.
  • Junior Ski Pass 12-17 years: Born between 2008 and 2013.
    • Proof of age required.
  • Adult ski pass (18–64 years): Born between 1961 and 2007.
     
  • Senior Ski Pass 65-69 years: Born between 1956 and 1960.
    • Available at ticket offices.
    • Proof of age required.
    • Price: €42.50, subject to possible changes during the season.
  • Senior Ski Pass 70-74 years: Born between 1951 and 1955.
    • Available at ticket offices.
    • Proof of age required.
    • Price: €25, subject to possible changes during the season.
  • Senior +75 Ski Pass: Born in 1950 or earlier.
    • Free ski pass.
    • Proof of age required.
    • Direct collection at ticket offices.
  • Baby Ski Pass: Children born in 2020 or later.
    • Free ski pass.
    • Proof of age required.
    • Direct collection at ticket offices.
  • Beginner Ski Pass: Available in all sectors.
  • Pedestrian Pass: Not valid for skiing.
    • Includes two ascents and two descents on the same day on any gondola lift.
  • Mountain Pass: Includes access to the designated lifts with one ascent and one descent per day and lift.
  • Half-day ski pass: from 1:00 PM.
    • Subject to possible changes during the season.
  • Insurance: Must be purchased during the ski pass buying process or at the station’s ticket offices before the first day of use.
    • It cannot be purchased once the ski pass has been used.
    • Free reprint of the ski pass in case of loss. See insurance conditions.
  • Discount: A 4% discount is offered for groups of 25 people or more, provided all bookings are for the same ski pass type.
    • Not applicable if the group includes different types.
    • Not applicable: from 25/12/25 to 06/01/26 and from 31/01/26 to 01/03/26.

What options do I have?

  • Directly at your accommodation:If you have purchased at www.grandvalira.com and your booking includes accommodation with front desk, you will find your printed passes directly at the hotel when you arrive. To enjoy this service, you will have to book at least 24 hours in advance (business days).

Please remember that there is no delivery service on Sundays, and you will not be able to pick up your passes at the hotel for bookings where the first ski day is the same day as checking into the hotel. In those cases, you will have to pick up your passes at any of the ticket offices in the resort.

  • SMARTPOS Self-Vending Machines: These machines are located around all sectors of the resort. You can use them to print your passes and other services purchased at www.grandvalira.com or with other travel agencies. You can also buy any products and services you may need. You just have to use the QR reader to scan the code from your booking and follow the steps shown on the screen.
  • Priority ticket office for bookings made on www.grandvalira.com: In the resort you’ll find exclusive priority ticket offices for customers who have purchased on www.grandvalira.com. You’ll minimise your wait time and get personalised service from our team.
  • Participating hotels with printing service: If you have a booking made on www.grandvalira.com and you have not received your passes in your accommodation, find out if you are staying in one of Grandvalira's partner hotels, as you can print your passes and/or services directly in the hotel without having to go through the resort ticket offices. This service is not available for bookings made with other travel agents. If this applies to you, you need to go to a resort ticket office or use the SMARTPOS automated collection machines.

Law relating to mountain resorts

This ski pass is personal, non-transferable and is subject to Law 21/2022, of June 9th, regarding mountain resorts and published in the BOPA on June 22nd, 2022. Its sale is not allowed and loss, deterioration or theft does not justify a duplicate. Remember that off-piste skiing is under the skier's responsibility. You must know and respect the rules established by the FIS.
