At Grandvalira Canillo, El Tarter and Soldeu, we are pleased to offer all people, including those with reduced mobility or any disability, the opportunity to enjoy our facilities and the mountain experience.
Below, we provide some guidelines to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.

Each sector offers adapted services and infrastructure to ensure accessibility in entrance areas, restaurants, rental shops, and ski schools.

Accessibility in Encamp, Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa

At Grandvalira Canillo, Soldeu and El Tarter, we ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, including those with functional diversity. In these sectors, specific rules are applied to guarantee an accessible, safe, and tailored experience for every skier.

Our staff is trained to assist you and facilitate maneuvers, especially by reducing lift speed when needed.

Discounts on ski passes for people with disabilities

We have special discounts for this group::

For people with disabilities of 33% or more: 20% off the standard retail price (applicable to one or several days ski pass and to the season pass).
For the blind: only the blind skier pays, there is no charge for the companion (in the case that the person requires a companion).
To benefit special prices, you must directly go to one of our ticket offices and present the document accrediting the disability.
