Grilled meats and vegetables take center stage at the Josper Area, with seasonal suggestions and premium cuts such as Txogitxu beef, Wagyu veal, or organic veal from Cal Tomàs. You’ll also find a fine selection of Joselito Iberian pork cuts.
At the Wine Bar, visitors can explore the wine region — a key part of the experience — and enjoy a wide selection of Jean Leon wines from the Penedès, featuring special vintages and experiential wines that tell a story of passion and heritage.
In summer, this restaurant sits at around 2,250 meters above sea level, offering spectacular views of the highest golf course in the Pyrenees. Next to the Club House, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a luxury aperitif with friends or family, or to savor an exceptional gastronomic experience you’ll want to repeat.

This winter season, Grandvalira presents a unique experience combining fine dining and live music in an exceptional setting. The Jean Leon Classic Nights take place at the Wine & Meat Bar by Jean Leon, featuring a series of themed dinners where signature cuisine meets live performances.
In its first edition, jazz takes center stage in an evening inspired by Hollywood’s golden age, designed to awaken all the senses and offer a different kind of night at the resort—beyond skiing.
