On February 26, the panoramic restaurant Racó de Solanelles (Grandvalira) hosts a new edition of the Gastronomic Days featuring guest chef Enrique Pérez, from El Doncel de Sigüenza, awarded 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns.

The chef will present the special menu “Terra i Sal” El Doncel”, a gastronomic proposal that highlights local produce and territory in a unique high-mountain setting.
