Access 

In the sectors of Canillo, El Tarter and Soldeu, parking spaces are available for people with reduced mobility and/or marked routes allow access to the service buildings.

Canillo

  • Telecabina parking: 6 PRM spaces
  • Riu parking: 2 PRM spaces (250 m from the telecabina)

El Tarter

  • Parking P3: 5 PRM spaces

Soldeu

  • Parking P5 Avet: 13 PRM spaces
  • Parking P6 Basers: 8 PRM spaces

Lifts

It is recommended to use the access reserved for operations staff, always with a companion.

  • The guide boards with the user and assists with embarkation.
  • It is necessary to inform the staff in advance.
  • If needed, lift speed will be reduced.

Recommended types

  • Detachable chairlift
  • Fixed 2-seat chairlift (with size limitations)
  • T-bar lift: requires certified support system. Not recommended

Recommended access to slopes

  • El Tarter gondola
  • Soldeu gondola
    Not recommended: T-bar lifts

Usage regulations

Article 4 – Transport of people with reduced mobility

Transport is allowed if:

  • It is agreed beforehand with the staff
  • The lift conditions allow it

People with disabilities must use certified equipment and sit on the outer seats of chairlifts with more than two seats.

Slopes
The ski area is accessible, but there are flat sections where pushing is required.
We recommend: green slopes, blue slopes, and beginner areas.

Adaptive ski school

We offer specialized equipment and trained instructors for people with physical and visual disabilities (partial or total).
The Grandvalira Ski School provides the opportunity to learn to ski and adapts to most types of functional diversity, aiming to make the sport accessible to everyone.

With our specialized instructors, you can start, learn, improve, or perfect your skiing skills.
