The restaurant’s offering is based on traditional dishes, embracing innovation without losing its essence. In winter, guests can also book dinners and combine them with nighttime activities such as snowmobiling or snowshoeing.
At 2,350 m above sea level and next to the lake of the same name, the restaurant at the Llac dels Pessons refuge has been one of Andorra’s most renowned restaurants for over 25 years.
Traditional dishes such as escudella or trinxat, mountain rice dishes, and the finest grilled meats including wagyu beef.
