25 Years offering high-mountain cuisine located in one of the most idyllic spots in Andorra. Traditional dishes such as escudella stew or trinxat mash, mountain rice dishes and the best char-grilled meats including wagyu beef. And also, an outside terrace where you can taste Oysters and the Louis Roederer Champagne.
This season 2017-2018, the à la carte restaurants in the areas of Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa are introducing several new features. On the one hand, they are committed to reintroducing Andorran cuisine through the renowned Alícia Foundation, offering a menu and a selection of “dishes of the day” prepared in different ways with ingredients and recipes, old and new, from traditional Andorran cuisine.
In addition, these same restaurants have incorporated new desserts created by the pastry chef Christian Escribà, a fourth-generation pastry chef from an artisan family with 111 years of history.
Skiers will be able to round off their meals with Escribà’s sweets inspired by the world of snow and its surroundings. Suggestions, such as The Black Slope, a fiesta of chocolate for cocoa lovers; The Snowball, powder snow; or the Avalanche, which will delight even the sweetest tooth.
