The à la carte restaurants in the Grandvalira Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa sectors are committed to reintroducing Andorran cuisine, offering the finest mountain gastronomy through a carefully curated menu and a selection of dishes prepared with local products.

The restaurant’s gastronomic offer is based on traditional dishes, combining innovation with authenticity while preserving the essence of mountain cuisine. During the winter season, dinners can also be booked and combined with night-time activities such as snowmobile outings or snowshoeing. In addition, the sector offers complementary services including a fast food outlet and a cafeteria, and from Saturday onwards will open a Freixenet sun terrace with deckchairs set out on the snow.

In summer, at an altitude of 2,350 metres and on the shores of the lake that gives it its name, the restaurant at the Llac dels Pessons mountain refuge has been one of Andorra’s most prestigious restaurants for over 25 years.

Its menu features emblematic dishes from traditional cuisine, such as escudella or trinxat, mountain-style rice dishes and a carefully selected range of grilled meats, including wagyu beef.
