Cancellation and Refund Policy

In accordance with the company’s established terms and conditions of sale, cancellations, returns, or refunds for services purchased at ticket offices will not be accepted within 24 hours prior to the start of the service, nor once the service has commenced, regardless of the reason provided.

The purchase of the service constitutes express and unconditional acceptance of this cancellation and refund policy.
