Legal terms of the "himno invierno infinito" contest

Do you want to be part of the "Infinite Winter Anthem"?

Winter and music enthusiasts, we want you to join the Infinite Winter, and that's why we're inviting you to perform our anthem with us.

1. ORGANIZER

NEUS DEL VALIRA, S.A. (hereinafter GRANDVALIRA RESORTS), with registered office at Av. Carlemany 68, office 401, Illa Carlemany – AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Principality of Andorra, registered under number 917870Z, organizes this contest. GRANDVALIRA RESORTS specifies in this document the legal terms of the "Infinite Winter Anthem" contest.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST AND PURPOSE

GRANDVALIRA RESORTS organizes this contest to encourage creativity. Participants are invited to perform GRANDVALIRA's anthem using any instrument they prefer.

This contest aims to recognize and reward musical talent and promote the spirit of participation among our customers. Participants can record their performances and submit them according to the conditions established in these rules.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

The contest is open to participants residing in any country within the European Union, as well as Andorra.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals over 18 years of age with a genuine user profile on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok may participate in this promotion.

5. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

Start date: March 2, 2025

End date: April 5, 2025

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered, even if they meet other requirements.

6. CONTEST MECHANICS

Participants must follow these steps:

1. Download the sheet music for the instrument they wish to use to perform the piece.
2. Download the music base to play along with.
3. Record their performance.
4. Publish the video on their social networks, tagging @grandvalira and including the hashtag #GrandvaliraHimne.
5. A jury from the National Orchestra of Andorra (ONCA) and GRANDVALIRA RESORTS will select the best performance.

Winners will be announced before April 10.

7. PRIZES

FIRST PRIZE

The winner will receive:

• 2 ski passes for 2 days (season 2024-2025 or 2025-2026).
• 1 meal at the station in the restaurant Wine and Meat Bar by Jean Leon.
• 1 Mushing activity

SECOND PRIZE

The winner will receive:

• 2 ski passes for 1 day (season 2024-2025 or 2025-2026).
• 1 Mushing activity.

THIRD PRIZE

The winner will receive:

• 2 ski passes for 1 day (season 2024-2025 or 2025-2026).

The prize does NOT include:

• Accommodation.
• Insurance.
• Transportation.

8. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZE DELIVERY

• Winners will be selected by a jury composed of members from ONCA and GRANDVALIRA RESORTS, based on quality, performance staging, and originality of their performance.
• GRANDVALIRA RESORTS will contact the winner via private message through social networks or email within 72 hours after the contest ends.
• The winner must accept the prize within a maximum of 5 days. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the right to it.
• The winner will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the prize.
• If the winner does not use their prize during the 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 winter season, they will forfeit their right to it.

9. IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the contest, participants consent to GRANDVALIRA RESORTS using their profile name and/or image on social media and other advertising media without territorial or temporal limitation.

10. DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Law 29/2021, of October 28, on qualified personal data protection, we inform participants that their data will be processed by NEUS DEL VALIRA, S.A., to manage participation in the contest and contact the winners. Data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law. Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability by sending an email to dpd@grandvaliraresorts.com.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms.

12. MODIFICATION OF THE CONTEST AND RULES

GRANDVALIRA RESORTS reserves the right to modify the rules or the prize, provided it is justified and adequately communicated to the participants.

13. CONTROVERSIES

In case of controversy, any claims must be addressed to GRANDVALIRA RESORTS at the address indicated at the beginning of these rules. These rules are governed by Andorran law.

At Grandvalira, this season we have chosen music as the common thread of our campaign. Music can evoke emotions that words cannot describe, which is why we believe Infinite Winter deserves its own soundtrack.

Each note has been designed to transport you to our peaks, making you feel the fresh air and snow. Music does not just accompany; it is the protagonist of this experience.

Unique composition and interpretation

Creating this anthem has been a privilege. Ale Acosta, producer and composer nominated for the Latin Grammys, has contributed his artistic vision to this piece, working alongside the talented Juan Battista.

The National Classical Orchestra of Andorra (ONCA), directed by Albert Gumí, has brought it to life with an interpretation that merges classical instruments and electronic arrangements. Each note is a tribute to our essence.
