- Can I pick up my ski pass at the hotel?
If you choose one of our hotel + ski packages , the passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (This service is only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days). Please note that this service is not available for bookings where the first ski day coincides with the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to pick up your pass at any of the ticket offices in our resort.
- How can I check the availability for my chosen dates?
To check hotel availability, simply use our search engine and select "Hotel+Ski". Our website displays real-time availability, so if your desired hotel appears, it means rooms are available.
Please note that if the hotel does not appear or there are no offers for your selected dates, it means the hotel is not available

You can book via the following link. Bear in mind that you need to have the Basic pass for the cable car in order to access the restaurant.

- Where can I use my express/self-service menu voucher?
Express menu vouchers can be used at the following establishments:
Canillo: Xiri El Forn.
El Tarter: Fun Food Riba Escorxada; Xiri Frankfurt Gourmet Pi de Migdia.
Soldeu: Fun Food Espiolets, Xiri Frankfurt Espiolets.
Encamp: Colibrí, Llac de Cubil, Burguer Solanelles, L' ou del Pla de les Pedres,1956 Bordes d'Envalira, My Corner Funicamp.
Grau Roig: Pulka, Tres Estanys, Burger Brothers, Cubil, My Corner Grau, Coma 3, Pessons.

Pas de la Casa: Self Costa Rodona. - Can I order food in advance?Yes: we offer express menu options (sandwich, crisps and drink) and self-service menu options (starter, main course, dessert and water/soft drink/beer for adults and juniors; main course, dessert and water/soft drink for children). These menu options can only be purchased online. They cannot be purchased at the resort’s restaurants.
- Does Grandvalira have menus and options for those with allergies and special dietary requirements (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.)?Yes, you can find these options in at least one restaurant in all of our sectors.
- Do I need to book a table for the restaurants?There is no need to book for the self-service and fast food restaurants. However, we recommend booking ahead for the à la carte restaurants. Book a table.
