The opening of the 2025/2026 season is scheduled for December 5, weather permitting. The opening hours will be every day, including holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
The planned closing date for the 2025/2026 season is April 5th, depending on weather and snow conditions. .
Our ticket offices are open every day throughout the winter season from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm.
In accordance with the current regulations in the Principality of Andorra, overnight stays with motorhomes, camper vans or similar vehicles are only permitted in specifically designated and signposted areas.
For this season, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Commerce, has enabled provisional overnight areas at the ski resorts while the permanent areas planned for summer 2026 are being prepared. These spaces are clearly delimited, signposted and supervised by resort staff. Overnight stays outside authorized areas are not permitted.
Car parks with designated overnight areas:
This is a strictly regulated area, aimed at ensuring proper capacity management, as it is also used by other groups.
The area includes a small service zone with: WC facilities, a black water disposal point, and a waste separation area (municipal waste and packaging).
Free access hours are from 08:00 to 12:00. Outside these hours and until 18:00, access must be arranged by phone by calling +354 091.
This is a car park where overnight stays are authorized, and where the regulations established by the new current law and the local council ordinances apply.
To benefit of this discount you must have a Grandvalira paid ski pass season 25/26 in the adult or senior category and have skied the same day. More information.
Yes, at the foot of the slopes. Some are free and others charge for their use, depending on which sector you enter. You can find more information by clicking on the following link .
Grandvalira has 50 chargers for electric vehicles in the parking areas of the different sectors, so you can go skiing while recharging your car battery. You can find more detailed information on this link .
In addition, FEDA continues to expand its network of charging points throughout the country. You can consult them on their website as well as the recharging procedure.
This pass includes access to any two of these five Grandvalira Resorts sectors: Canillo, Soldeu, Encamp, Ordino and Pal.
Information to take into account:

- You can use this pass on consecutive or non-consecutive days throughout the whole summer (subject to the calendar of each activity).
- You can use this pass in different sectors or in the same sector.
During the winter we do not offer any discounts for Youth Card holders .

No. The passes and services purchased are not refundable under any circumstances. If the resort closes, you must go to one of our ticket offices, where the Grandvalira Resorts staff will tell you what you need to do. (The process will vary depending on the type of pass you have and the services you have purchased.)
