The à la carte restaurants in the areas of Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa are committed to reintroducing Andorran cuisine through the renowned Alícia Foundation, offering a menu and a selection of “dishes of the day” prepared in different ways with ingredients and recipes, old and new, from traditional Andorran cuisine.
In addition, these same restaurants have incorporated new desserts created by the pastry chef Christian Escribà, a fourth-generation pastry chef from an artisan family with a centenary history.
Skiers will be able to round off their meals with Escribà’s sweets inspired by the world of snow and its surroundings. Suggestions, such as The Black Slope, a fiesta of chocolate for cocoa lovers; The Snowball, powder snow; or the Avalanche, which will delight even the sweetest tooth.
