Its special location at the foot of Montmalús mountain in Grau Roig, nestled among a black pine forest, makes it the perfect spot to enjoy an extensive menu of char-grilled meat cooked over Holm oak shavings in front of customers.

There are three different menus available in the evening, including one for vegetarians. Dinners can be combined with evening activities such as mushing, snowmobiles or excursions on snowshoes.

In addition, these same restaurants have incorporated new desserts created by the pastry chef Christian Escribà, a fourth-generation pastry chef from an artisan family with 111 years of history.
