The 100x100 real experience of La Suculenta arrives at the slopes of Grandvalira. At El Cubil (Grau Roig), you’ll find the authentic flavour of our smash burgers, made with 100% fresh meat, no additives or preservatives, and artisan brioche buns specially made to maintain their soft texture and lightly toasted finish.

Each burger is made to order using the original smash technique: a ball of meat pressed on a very hot griddle to create a golden crust—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Served with homemade sauces, freshly made in our kitchen, and hand-cut artisan fries.

Complete the experience with our classic milkshakes and a selection of 100% homemade desserts, including brownies, cheesecake, tiramisu, waffles, and ice creams made in our own workshop.

The new La Suculenta space at El Cubil blends our urban kanalla spirit with the charm of the mountains: the perfect meeting point to recharge between runs or end the day with a memorable meal.
