Where to pick up your passes

  • Directly at your accommodation: If you have purchased at grandvalira.com and your booking includes accommodation, you will find your printed passes directly at the hotel when you arrive. To enjoy this service, you will have to book at least 24 hours in advance (business days).

Please remember that there is no delivery service on Sundays, and you will not be able to pick up your passes at the hotel for bookings where the first ski day is the same day as checking into the hotel. In those cases, you will have to pick up your passes at any of the ticket offices in the resort

 

  • SMARTPOS Self-Vending Machines: These machines are located around all sectors of the resort. You can use them to print your passes and other services purchased at www.grandvalira.com or with other travel agencies. You can also buy any products and services you may need. You just have to use the QR reader to scan the code from your booking and follow the steps shown on the screen.

 

  • Priority ticket office for bookings made on www.grandvalira.com: in the resort you’ll find exclusive priority ticket offices for customers who have purchased on www.grandvalira.com. You’ll minimise your wait time and get personalised service from our team.

 

  • Participating hotels with printing service: If you have a booking made on www.grandvalira.com and you have not received your passes in your accommodation, find out if you are staying in one of Grandvalira's partner hotels, as you can print your passes and/or services directly in the hotel without having to go through the resort ticket offices. This service is not available for bookings made with other travel agents. If this applies to you, you need to go to a resort ticket office or use the SMARTPOS automated collection machines

COLLECTING YOUR SKI PASSES DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

During the Christmas period, the ticket offices of El Tarter, Pas de la Casa and Funicamp will remain open until 6.30 p.m. to facilitate the collection and sale of ski passes. The operating days will be 26th and 27th December and 2nd and 3rd January.
 
You will also be able to collect your passes at the Grandvalira stand on the Illa Carlemany shopping center. From 26 December to 8 January, the opening hours will be from 10:00 to 20:00.
 
On Friday 24 December the stand will be open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. And on 25 December and 1 January, the stand will be closed.
