Grandvalira Resorts' ski areas maintain over 185 km of slopes thanks to the extensive snowmaking network and the great work of the ground teams

The significant investments made in recent years to improve the snowmaking network have been key in offering the current conditions.

The domain currently boasts the widest offering in the Pyrenees with 120 km of skiable terrain in Grandvalira, over 40 km of slopes in Pal Arinsal, and 80% of slopes open in Ordino Arcalís.

L’Abarset hosts Paco Osuna with Now Here and celebrates a new edition of Brunch Electronik with Miss Monique and Jan Blomqvist.

Grandvalira Resorts' ski areas continue to offer over 185 kilometres of skiable terrain and snow depths of up to 110 centimetres. Despite the challenging weather conditions this season, the great work of the ground teams, along with the significant investments made in recent years to improve the snowmaking network, have allowed Andorra's domains to continue offering a good skiing product during the winter. As an example of these investments, the Principality's ski resorts have debuted 110 new snowmakers this year, which also consume 90% less energy, ensuring snow coverage to more connecting areas between sectors or key zones.

Grandvalira currently offers 120 kilometres of skiable terrain, with all its sectors connected, and snow depths of up to 65 centimetres. Meanwhile, Pal Arinsal currently boasts over 40 kilometres of skiable terrain, snow depths of up to 60 centimetres, and 83% of lifts operational, including the cable car that links both sectors. Ordino Arcalís offers very good snow conditions with 80% of the slopes open and snow depths of up to 110 cm. Thus, Andorra's ski resorts boast optimal conditions for skiing on their slopes and the widest offering of skiable kilometres in the Pyrenees.

Music on the terraces and a new edition of Brunch Electronik at L’Abarset

As usual, the terraces and restaurants will accompany ski days with music and a lively atmosphere in the coming days. The weekend agenda comes with an interesting program of parties and music, essential in the experience at Grandvalira Resorts. The Brugal party returns to Cala Bassa Costa Rodona in Pas de la Casa with one of its live performances where different electronic instrumental musicians complement a DJ base to offer an experience reminiscent of Ibiza. Instruments like electronic violin or saxophone have already graced the iconic terrace, and this weekend percussionist Marco Sonoro will be showcased.

On the other hand, the IQOS Terrace in the Soldeu sector of Grandvalira features the daily rhythm of its resident DJ, Richy Vuelcom. For Saturday, the space has planned a special performance by violinist Valentino, known for his violin covers, accompanied by Richy Vuelcom. And on Sunday, graphic designer Helena Paradiso will personalize ski equipment with her art for those interested.

Other terraces in Grandvalira promising a great atmosphere throughout the ski day include In The Snow Veuve Clicquot (El Tarter), Vermutería Petroni (Soldeu), Refugio de Pessons (Grau Roig), and San Miguel terrace (Pas de la Casa), among many others. In Pal Arinsal, a lively atmosphere can be experienced on the terraces of Niu, Chiringuito, or Coll de la Botella, while in Ordino Arcalís, highlights include the terraces of La Coma, Planells, or Refugio de las Portelles, among others.

L’Abarset is gearing up for another thrilling weekend with another edition of Brunch Electronik on Friday, February 16th, featuring Miss Monique and Jan Blomqvist, for which all tickets have been sold out for days. There are also no more tickets left for Saturday's session where Barcelona's Paco Osuna will present his brand Now Here accompanied by Rafa Barrios and Manu González in the DJ booth. The party will continue, as usual, with The Peak, the after-party that allows you to continue enjoying at the venue until 2 in the morning. Closing the week, as every Sunday, is ‘Friends & Family We Love 80's & 90's’, inviting the whole family to enjoy the rhythms of those decades with a DJ.
