What if I have an accident? Can I apply the skiing guarantee?
If you have an accident, you need to let us know as soon as possible at https://www.grandvalira.com/en/contactgrandvalira-0 If you won't be able to ski again for the whole of the rest of the season, we'll evaluate the best way in which to compensate you. If you have used the pass for less than 5 days, we'll apply the skiing guarantee and will only charge you the daily pass (Ski pass prices according to current season) rate for the days you have skied. We will then return the difference between the price you paid for the Season Pass and this amount. (Important: the skiing guarantee is only applicable if you buy the Season Pass online by December 1, 2018; please consult the conditions). If you have skied for more than 5 days, we will offer you a discount voucher according to the criteria established by Grandvalira. Please consult our internal regulations. Please remember that you also need to provide us with the corresponding medical reports as well as the Season Pass in order to complete the process. These conditions are only applicable to clients who have had an accident.
