NEW ENCAMP BASE SPACE

The new Encamp Base space, located in the Funicamp lobby in the Encamp sector, offers original culinary options to start the day as well as to recharge your batteries after a hard day's skiing. There’s the NNEWSespresso space offering a variety of recipes, created from high quality coffee. And, for those who are looking for something different and exclusive, in Encamp Base there is also the Enrique Tomás space. The world-famous Ham Master arrives at Grandvalira to offer his top-quality product, originating directly from the best Iberian ham producers. All in all, the Funicamp lobby is now the ideal space for a delicious day of skiing.

THE NOMAD FOOD RATRAC REINVENTS ITSELF

One of the most popular culinary trends in the resort is the well-known Nomad Food Ratrac. This season the roaming catering point comes with great innovations from the renowned Schara German brand. The Nomad Food Ratrac offers a menu specialised in charcuterie products, with top quality frankfurters, highly appreciated for their flavour, texture and aromas. In addition, we can also find a varied offer of San Miguel beers, ideal for accompanying these kinds of meals, such as Manilla, 1516 and Selecta. A perfect way to stop, recover strength and continue with an intense day of skiing.

IMPROVED TERRACES

Grandvalira has 60 catering points, most with large terraces and spectacular views of the Snow Domain. This season, many of the restaurants feature improved terraces and exclusive brands that offer unique experiences to visitors. This is the case, for example, of CBbC Costa Ronda which has a new grill space on its well-known terrace. This year skiers can also enjoy a new staged terrace in the Cubil restaurant in Grau Roig which is now a more comfortable space with loungers for sunbathing and to enjoy the surroundings. At 7,300 feet, the terrace of La Cabana dels Espiolets of the Soldeu sector is a unique place where you can enjoy an exclusive mulled wine by Ugly Gluh Wein this season. In the Pas de la Casa sector, the Abelletes terrace has improved services by incorporating new food trucks with high-quality fast food. Finally, the Piolet brasserie restaurant offers a new heated terrace serving waffles to enjoy every day of skiing, whatever the weather.

L’ABARSET, BREAKFAST WITH KNIFE AND FORK

Abarset is, once again, the meeting point for everyone wanting to enjoy a first-class cuisine and après ski. This season, the restaurant located in the El Tarter sector, is offering a new breakfast menu with hot dishes. Skiers who wish to start the day with all the energy they need, can enjoy classic fried eggs, potatoes with bacon or a succulent cap i pota dish, all accompanied with drink and coffee. A good dose of energy to face an intense day of skiing at Grandvalira.
