Grandvalira to open 185 kilometres of slopes next weekend

The Andorran territory extends its skiable area and faces the holiday season with optimum conditions.

The resort will be packed with special activities for all ages from 19 December until 7 January

Southern Europe's largest resort continues to open more slopes thanks to recent snowfall over the past hours and has initiated artificial snow production due to the low temperatures registered. Grandvalira will extend its skiable area over the coming days and in the lead up to Christmas and progressively reach 185 skiable kilometres, representing 88% of the Domain of Snow. The Andorran resort's six sectors will come into full operation and be connected by slopes with a fluctuating snow depth of between 20 to 90 cm of powder snow to date.
