Hotels with a COVID Clause
Grandvalira is launching the COVID Clause this season, which has already been signed by more than thirty hotels in the country. The aim of this clause is to guarantee all customers a refund of the amount paid for their accommodation bookings, without applying any charges, in case of:
- Prohibition to leave the territory imposed by a public or governmental entity, of the country of origin.
- Prohibition to enter Andorra, decreed by the Government of Andorra or other local authorities.
- Spain or France: flight restrictions or complete closure of airports.
HOW DO I BOOK A MEMBER HOTEL?
Once you’ve entered the dates you wish to check in the hotel + ski search function, you’ll see all the hotels with availability.
On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll find the box ‘COVID Clause member hotels’. If you check this box, only hotels that have signed the COVID clause will be shown.
