I’ve lost my pass, can I request a duplicate?

Grandvalira does not issue duplicate passes. However, you can take out cover for loss on purchasing the pass. This cover is only available at the resort’s ticket offices, and allows you to obtain a free duplicate of your pass if you lose it. The cost is 1,6€ per day/person. If you have taken out slope accident insurance, this also includes lost pass cover at no extra cost.
