This season, Grandvalira and the oyster brand Amélie have created Amélie Experience, a highly exclusive gastronomic space located in Lago de Pessons in the Grau Roig sector, at an altitude of some 2,307 metres.
Amélie Experience, which can seat up to 150 diners, has been created in order to attract those customers who appreciate haute cuisine and the most select products.
Throughout the entire winter season, the brand will offer a range of different pairings. From 10 a.m. to 12 noon it will serve an exquisite French hot chocolate, while from noon to 4 p.m. customers will be able to sample oysters with French Champagne and other premium products such as foie gras on toast, salmon, and strawberries with chocolate.
